Ability Notes
- First Form
- Summons <Kites> and <Pancho's Explosive Boats> in battle
- Attacks the unit with the highest Max HP with its water cannon, continuously dealing Arts and Corrosion
- The first time HP drops to 0, jumps to a fixed spot and enters Second Form
- Second Form
- Gains increased ASPD and periodically attacks all surrounding allied units
- Attacks the unit with the highest DEF with its small arms, and reduces the target's DEF
- When Pancho defeats a unit or is defeated, increases the ASPD and Movement Speed of all enemy units
