Appears during the Hidden Core round and initiates the final attack.

- Attacks prioritize <'Echoes'> in Penumbral Lament form
- Cracked Pipe: Attacks all in Penumbral Lament form three times in a row, dealing AoE Arts damage and inflicting Necrosis
- Hidden Core
- <OpFor: String> and <OpFor: Pipe> will appear at the same time after fulfilling specific conditions and entering the Hidden Core round
